Product Introduction
Generally used in large-capacity air coolers, it is a kind of in-store cooling equipment used in cold storages that cannot use electric defrosting or require quick defrosting. According to the applicable temperature range of the cold storage, it can be divided into three series: DLS, DDS, and DJS, which are respectively suitable for 0℃ fresh-keeping cold storage, -18℃ frozen food cold storage, and -25℃ quick-freezing cold storage.
Features of water defrosting air cooler
The characteristics of water defrosting air cooler are simple and reliable, good defrosting effect, small temperature rise during defrosting, and more suitable for quick-freezing cold storage. However, the disadvantage of water defrosting is that the defrosting water temperature should not be lower than 15℃, so for areas with low temperature, water defrosting is not suitable due to low water temperature.
Water defrosting air cooler has the following characteristics
1. The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, the surface is sprayed, corrosion-resistant, and beautiful in appearance;
2. The coil adopts staggered arrangement, and mechanical expansion tube is used to make the copper tube and aluminum sheet tightly connected, and the heat exchange effect is good;
3. Water defrosting is used, with fast defrosting speed, good effect and low energy consumption;
4. Long-distance air supply or explosion-proof motor can be used according to customer requirements
5. According to the customer's use environment, this product can provide processing and customization of different materials such as 304 stainless steel and embossed aluminum.
