(1) Casing
The casing is the main body of the screw refrigeration compressor. It is processed by a precision M/C processing machine and the three-dimensional precision measuring instrument is used to detect and confirm the processing accuracy to ensure that the accuracy and clearance of the compressor can meet the requirements of high-efficiency operation.
The double-layer body design made of gray cast iron not only meets the pressure load resistance, but also has the function of reducing noise. This high-strength and high-rigidity design allows Fusheng's compressors to operate for a long time without any problems.
(2) Rotor
The latest 5:6 asymmetric rotor tooth shape is adopted, which has been patented by Fusheng in many countries.
It is processed by the British HOLROYD rotor processing machine, German KAPP and KLINGELNBERG high-precision rotor grinding machine, and strictly tested by the German imported ZEISS and LEITZ three-coordinate measuring machines, with excellent accuracy and stable quality.
Under continuous operation, the rotor can maintain the optimal gap value to achieve the highest efficiency requirements.
(3) Bearings
The male and female rotors are firmly supported by high-precision large-frame axial and radial bearings from Europe and America, which are stable and durable.
With excellent oil circuit and mechanism design, the bearing life is effectively improved.
During operation, each bearing is injected with lubricating oil by pressure difference to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearing.
(4) Air intake filter
Installed at the air inlet of the compressor, it can filter out unclean particles and foreign matter in the system to prevent them from being sucked into the compressor and causing motor and rotor failures.
In order to avoid a small amount of welding slag and impurities remaining in the new system and affecting the normal operation of the compressor, it is recommended that customers remove this filter for cleaning after the new machine has been running for a period of time to ensure the normal operation and service life of the compressor in the future.
(5) Oil filter
The lower part of the casing is the refrigeration oil storage tank, which is equipped with an oil filter with a 200-mesh filter.
The lubricating oil entering the volume adjustment piston, bearing and rotor has been filtered clean to prevent iron filings and foreign matter from entering the volume adjustment mechanism and bearings and damaging the machine parts.
The oil filter needs to be cleaned regularly to maintain the smooth flow of the oil system, especially after the first installation and test run of the system is completed, it is necessary to pay attention to cleaning it thoroughly.
(6) Drive motor
It is a high-efficiency squirrel cage motor from Europe and America, with stable quality and high energy efficiency.
Each phase winding has a built-in PTC thermistor protection switch to accurately monitor the coil temperature of the compressor to ensure the normal operation of the compressor motor.

(7)Built-in oil separator
The built-in oil separator adopts a three-stage oil filter mechanism and a high-density oil filter for optimal oil-gas separation. Its oil separation efficiency can reach over 99.7%.
Since the exterior of the built-in oil separator adopts a sheath design, the operating noise of the compressor can be minimized.
(8) Volume adjustment mechanism and volume adjustment solenoid valve
The required capacity adjustment is precisely controlled by Fusheng's multi-national patented capacity adjustment slide valve mechanism.
The capacity adjustment of the compressor can be controlled in four-stage or stepless mode. It can also be matched with a variety of built-in volume ratios to meet the application of various medium and low temperature working conditions for optimal efficiency operation.
