The working principle of the semi-closed piston compressor mainly relies on the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder to compress the gas. Specifically, when the crankshaft rotates, the piston reciprocates in the cylinder through the transmission of the connecting rod, thereby compressing the gas. The function of the gas valve is to control the in and out of the gas, and to adjust the flow and pressure of the gas by changing the opening of the gas valve.
In the refrigeration cycle, the compressor inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator, and after adiabatic compression by the compressor, it becomes high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam, and then is pressed into the condenser for constant pressure cooling, and releases heat to the cooling medium, cooling into supercooled liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant is adiabatically throttled by the expansion valve to become a low-pressure liquid refrigerant, which evaporates in the evaporator and absorbs the heat of the cooled substance, thereby achieving the purpose of refrigeration.
