Project Story
The specifications of the cold storage are: 25*45*3.5 meters. According to the needs of the customer, the temperature of the cold storage is set to -20 and 0 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project: 2 50HP Hanbell screw parallel units are used in the freezing room, and 2 30HP semi-enclosed parallel units are used in the refrigerated cold room. The characteristics of the units are 1. Save investment and reduce one-time equipment investment. 2. Save energy and provide cooling capacity on demand, which can save more than 20% energy compared with a single independent unit. 3. Safe operation, always monitor the various parameters of the unit operation, and have a fault warning function to ensure safe and reliable operation. The unit is water-cooled, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly than evaporative cooling or air cooling. In terms of the warehouse body: the warehouse board adopts the 10cm thick polyurethane insulation cold storage board produced by Xuegong, which has good insulation effect, saves electricity and energy, and adopts B2 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The whole system also has a remote monitoring function to check the temperature of the cold storage in real time, and alarm for abnormal temperature of the cold storage. The project was completed and put into use in October.
