Project Story
The specifications of the cold storage are: 8*6*2.7 meters. According to the needs of the customer, the temperature of the cold storage is set to -18, 0 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project: 2 5HP Emerson Copeland fully enclosed air-cooled units are used, and the pre-cooling room adopts 3P. The unit is characterized by low noise and low failure rate. The evaporator adopts the ceiling-mounted cold air cooler of the Xuegong brand. The fan adopts a low-temperature model, and the fin spacing is large and not easy to frost. In terms of the warehouse body: the warehouse board adopts the 10cm thick polyurethane insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuegong, which has good insulation effect, saves electricity and energy, and adopts B1 grade flame retardant and fireproof performance. The whole system adopts a one-in-one design, automatic switching in case of failure, and has a remote monitoring function to check the temperature of the cold storage in real time, and alarm for abnormal temperature of the cold storage. The project was completed and put into use in July.
