Project Story
The cold storage specifications are: 45*20*4 meters, 6 sets of cold storage. According to the customer's use requirements, the cold storage is set to -38 and -20 degrees. There are 4 sets of freezers and 2 sets of quick-freeze storage. The quick-freeze capacity is 4 tons of normal temperature coconut juice for 6 hours at -18 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project: 4 sets of 40HP Zhejiang Daming semi-enclosed air-cooled units are used, and the quick-freeze storage uses two sets of 80P Fusheng screw machines in parallel. The unit features a low-temperature compressor, which cools faster under low-temperature conditions. The evaporator uses 4 DD-360 and 8 DJ-400 ceiling-mounted air coolers of the Xuegong brand. The fan adopts a low-temperature model, and the fin spacing is large and not suitable for frost. In terms of the warehouse body: the warehouse board adopts the 15cm thick polyurethane insulation cold storage board produced by Xuegong, which has good insulation effect, saves electricity and energy, and adopts B1 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The project was completed and put into use in September.
