Project Story
The cold storage specifications are: 39*15*2.7 meters for two rooms. According to the needs of the customer, the cold storage is divided into two temperature zones. The temperature of the cold storage is required to be 10-15 degrees, and the temperature of the freezer is required to be -20 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project: 3 30HP Zhejiang Daming semi-enclosed air-cooled units are used. The units are characterized by high cost performance, good refrigeration effect, and the wind condensers of the Xuegong units are enlarged to prevent high pressure in high temperature weather. The evaporator uses 3 DD-250 floor-standing cold air fans of the Xuegong brand. The fans are all equipped with defrosting water pipe electric heating wires, and the floor-standing type is more convenient for installation and debugging. In terms of the warehouse body: the warehouse board adopts the 10cm thick polyurethane insulation cold storage board produced by Xuegong, which has good insulation effect, saves electricity and energy, and adopts B1 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The control cabinet adopts a split electric control cabinet, which saves the cost of wires and is convenient for customers to observe the temperature, which is simple and clear. The project was completed and put into use in October.
